Synergos’ founder and chair, Peggy Dulany, spoke at TEDx Danubia 2015 in Hungary in May, sharing how she and others have overcome fear and become more open-hearted and trusting.
The results of overcoming fear and building an infrastructure of trust have been not only greater connection to purpose at the personal level, but also greater success in working with others to solve complex social problems, such as child undernutrition in India and low-quality education in a country in Africa.
